HOME OFFICE: The Hadley Center, 6117 Trouble Creek Road, New Port Richey, FL 34653
COVERAGE AREA: West Pasco County
HOURS: PRN - As Needed

Our Hospice LPN's are committed to providing the highest quality of care as identified in the Gulfside Healthcare Services mission. Nursing responsibilities may include: identifying and coordinating patient/family needs, providing preventative and supportive care to terminally ill patient/family unit and collaborating with the Team RN and other disciplines to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
One (1) year of nursing experience preferred
Must maintain current CPR certification through the American Heart Association
Hospice, Oncology or Home Health experience is preferred
IV certification is required, possible reimbursement program
